Come visit Lorain’s Harborwalk neighborhood and take in views of the Black River and Charles Berry Bascule Bridge. The Shipyards is located in a historical, industrial shipyard building that occupies 25,000 square feet. The unique building will house a tap house, restaurant, event center, cocktail lounge, coffee shop, boat docks and retail.
